Contemporary Vocal Singing: Techniques and Challenges
Workshop

Many contemporary vocal works that singers find intimidating are not necessarily unapproachable. Let Stephen Ng, tenor in Before Brabant and Assistant Professor (Voice) at West Chester University in the US, guide you through the periods of vocal singing in this special workshop. Learn the techniques for and challenges in performing works from Britten, Ravel, Debussy, to contemporary works through discussion, live demonstration and interactive singing.
